We understand that, in some circumstances, a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are considered, ensuring transparency and peace of mind for our customers.

30-Day Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. All returns must include the original order confirmation or packing slip to ensure proper processing.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at info@huntsvillecontainers.com or sales@huntsvillecontainers.comto initiate the return process.

Return Authorization:

Before returning any item, customers must contact Huntsville Containers to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.

Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-built or modified containers

  • Bespoke container conversions

  • Containers altered after delivery at the customer’s request

  • Clearance or final-sale items

These products are made to order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at:

Please include photos and order details. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible).

Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped or production has started (including custom or modified containers), cancellation is no longer possible.
